BaneBuddy
01Less organising. More padel. A home for recurring sessions, signups and keeping everyone in the loop.
Why I built it
It started with a simple question: who’s playing next week? I built BaneBuddy to give that question one place to live.
I build things, automate stuff and occasionally
make questionable decisions.

Heavy beats. Zero distractions. The soundtrack for lifting things, building things and getting completely carried away.
Find on SpotifyBest enjoyed with headphones. Or very tolerant neighbours. Some ideas become tools. Others become tracks. I release my music as Graungaard, often exploring thoughts and feelings through repeating patterns I can settle into when falling asleep. The process is playful — following an idea and seeing where it goes.

A little window into my everyday soundtrack. Once live listening is connected, you’ll find the track, artist and album cover here.
For now, the playlists are ready when you are.
Small ideas. Useful things.
Occasional rabbit holes.

Be first in line without being at your keyboard. Automated bookings, right when the window opens.
I wanted to book my regular training sessions without having to watch the clock.
Making home a little smarter. Personal lighting control, built around everyday routines.
I used to run Home Assistant, but it no longer felt like the right fit for me. So I built a simpler, lighter solution that uses fewer resources and does what I need.
A small adventure for Lucas and Lauge. Explore a secret island, hunt for treasure and play at your own pace — solo or together.
I wanted to turn imagination into something Lucas and Lauge could explore and play together.

IT by day.
I'm Jacob Graungaard, also known as Graunie. I enjoy figuring out how things work — and making them work a little better.
My side projects often start with something repetitive or unnecessarily complicated. Then I build a tool to make it easier.
A good match, a few competitive rallies and good company. Padel gets me away from the screen — and inspired me to build BaneBuddy.
The idea behind BaneBuddyMostly trout, perch and pike — but I’m up for whatever time and opportunity allow. More than anything, it’s about getting outside, enjoying the moment and seeing what bites.
A good spinning session, music and a proper challenge. Another way to step away from the screen, clear my head and get moving.
